  1. Auto Play - a functionality that causes a video, audio file, etc. to play automatically, without action from a user.

  17. Service pack - a periodically released update to software from a manufacturer, consisting of requested enhancements and fixes for known bugs.
  18. Msconfig -  MSCONFIG is a program that edits your startup items. 
  19. msinfo32 - This program is designed to give Windows users a comprehensive listing of the computer hardware, resources, software, and Internet settings. 
  20. Performance options -  To change some options on your computer.
